Cream Zipper Pea 1/2#

A favorite among Southern gardeners, Zipper Cream Pea produces high yields of up to 9-inch pods that are packed with up to 20 peas per pod. The pods are super-easy to hand shell, and the white peas cook up creamy and delicious. The peas, sometimes called cow peas, are a creamy crowder type, making an unusual cream-colored "pot liquor" sauce. The open pollinated, bushy plants grow 24 inches tall and produce the largest seed of the cream types.
